The gates are open from 8am every day for the general public.
A General Admission ticket grants the bearer access to the general showground, and all of its facilities, as well as both of our free seated, public grandstands. A Members' Enclosure ticket grants the bearer access to not only the general showground and grandstands, but also to the Members' Enclosure.
The Members' Enclosure boasts a grandstand with the best views on the showground, as well as our Members' Restaurant, Members' Lawn and the Champagne Bar and Terrace. Daily Members' Enclosure tickets are available, and upgrades may be purchased at the Members’ Enclosure entrance on the day of your visit, subject to availability.
Yes picnics are absolutely allowed on the showground, although don't forget that we have a host of restaurants, bars and yummy catering concessions to choose from too.
We are very dog friendly, but dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, largely for their own safety. We respectfully ask you to help us keep our showground clean and clean up after your dog. It is forbidden to leave dogs in cars, and if we see any dogs in distress, we will take action.

Yes. Taxis can drop passengers directly on to the showground and will be directed to the relevant area on an event specific basis. Please ensure your admission badges are clearly visible for inspection upon arrival. Where possible, taxis will be given fast-track access to the showground to minimise queuing. Local taxi numbers can be found here.
Priority is given to Blue Badge holders who will be parked in our designated Disabled parking area which is close to a road leading to the International Arena. A general parking ticket is required, but there is no need to book Blue Badge parking.
Some areas are totally on grass, including national ringside viewing and the Village Green at The Agria Royal International Horse Show. However, the main ring road around the International Arena is accessible.
The Members’ Enclosure has a viewing area on the terrace of the Champagne Bar which overlooks the International Arena, with accessible ramp access.
The Beethoven Suite which houses our Members’ Restaurant and Al Shira'aa hospitality suite has a fully accessible toilet and lift.
There is a designated covered area on the Highweald Ringside Terrace for disabled visitors which is free of charge, there is limited availability on a first come first served basis. Complimentary Carers tickets must be booked in advance via our website.

For proof of disability please bring ONE of the following forms of documentation:
- Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book.
- Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award
- Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- A valid Blue Badge
- In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
- A local authority registration document which is local to the attraction where it is being submitted
- A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
- Credibility's Access Card
Please note: A carer must be over 15 years of age and capable of assisting the guest who has the disability. The carer would be expected to understand the disabled person’s condition and assist them in managing it for the duration of the visit. If more than one carer’s ticket is required, a letter from a GP or consultant is needed stating the number of carers required.
