Thursday sees the first day of competition in the International Arena, and as per the past few years, there's free general admission entry to the showground. With more than 150 tradestands in the Shopping Village, we want you to come along and check out the fabulous shopping for yourselves!
The feature class of the day is the coveted ClipMyHore.TV Derby Tankard, when the year's hopefuls embark on their final Al Shira'aa Derby preparations. Riders will be hoping to familiarise their mounts with the International Arena, and will be aware of the momentous Derby Bank looming in the background...
A selection of young horse championships will take place in the morning and are an excellent chance to scope out the equine stars of the future.
